Geographer with an M.Sc. in Sustainability – Environment and Development, a PG Cert. in Environmental Water Management and a PhD in Effective Water Management. She gained professional experience at the EU Delegation to Serbia and at DG Environment in Brussels. Francesca is responsible of business development and manage financed contracts.

From September 2021, for a period of 24 months, and together with our consortium partners – CIDEAL Foundation for Cooperation and Research, OCA GLOBAL Consulting and Technical Advisory Services, S.L., Earth Link and Advanced Resources Development S.A.L. – we will lead the implementation of the contract ‘Technical Assistance to the Local Dialogue and Capacity Building Platform to the Union of Municipalities Governorates of Bekaa Valley, Baalbak_Hermel, Nabatiyeh and South Lebanon’.
The overall objective of this contract is to contribute to stability in Lebanon by promoting local development and enhancing the socio-economic resilience of the local population along the Litani river basin, mainly through strengthening the institutional capacities of local authorities, and promoting cooperation modalities and policy dialogue.
